New features
- Home Insurance agent. Mav can now qualify home insurance leads end‑to‑end via SMS and voice, alongside the existing auto agent. Home + auto accounts are routed automatically.
- HELP keyword on SMS. Contacts who text
HELPnow receive a standard compliance response from Mav, matching carrier requirements. - Text “call me” to trigger a call. A qualified contact can reply with “call me” (and similar phrases) to have Mav initiate the Party Line transfer immediately, without waiting for the next scheduled step.
- Conversation Instructions. You can now set per‑agent conversation instructions to steer tone, style, and behavior without changing the underlying playbook.
- Phone Settings for agents. Configure the outbound DID and outbound call sequence directly on each agent from Settings.
- Rep‑side call recording in the contact feed. The Party Line rep‑leg recording now appears inline in the completed call entry on the contact page—no need to open a separate view.
- Phone call filters on Contacts. Filter the Contacts list by phone‑call state (received, connected, completed, missed, transferred) to quickly find calls that need follow‑up.
- Contact Support button. Every contact detail page now has a one‑click Contact Support button that opens a support request pre‑populated with the contact context.
Updates
- The auto agent no longer asks for email. To reduce friction on qualification, Mav stops asking contacts for their email. Any email already on file is preserved.
- Unified re‑engagement across SMS and voice. Re‑engagement now uses a single, consistent prompt on both channels so contacts hear one voice from Mav.
- Carrier opt‑outs honored automatically. When a carrier reports a delivery failure that signals an opt‑out, Mav opts the contact out silently and marks the number undeliverable.
- Admin‑only deletion for Next agents. Deleting an agent is now restricted to account admins.
Bug fixes
- Re‑engagement first nudge timing. Fixed a boundary case where the first re‑engagement nudge could slip to roughly two hours instead of one.
- Shared‑number inbound routing. When multiple contacts share an inbound number, Mav now guarantees a single active engagement per contact so replies land on the right conversation.
- Voicemail screening on Party Line. Voicemail detection on outbound legs now matches the previous behavior, preventing false connects when the lead’s line goes to voicemail.
