Zapier Integration: Automate Mav with 5,000+ Apps

Use Mav’s Zapier app to connect lead playbooks with Salesforce, HubSpot, and thousands of other tools via trigger and action events.

Mav’s Zapier integration lets you connect Mav to thousands of other online services — including Salesforce, HubSpot, and more — without writing any code. You can use Mav as a trigger to react to lead activity, or as an action to start and stop playbooks from other apps. The Mav Zapier app is currently at version 3.0.

Setting Up the Integration

1. Enable the Mav Zapier app

   Inside your Zapier account, click to enable the Mav Zapier app.

2. Authenticate with your Mav API Key

   Both Triggers and Actions require authentication. Find your API Key in the Mav dashboard, then paste it into the Zapier authentication window.

3. Configure Action Events (Inbound)

   Use Actions to send instructions to Mav from another app:

   Action	What it does
   Run Playbook	Provide lead information to start a playbook
   Stop Playbook	Stop a running playbook by passing the lead’s phone number

4. Configure Trigger Events (Outbound)

   Mav fires Triggers whenever a lead activity occurs. There are two trigger types: New Event and New Outcome.

New Outcome

Fires when a lead reaches a definitive result.
