When a contact is ready to talk to a person, the agent can connect them to one of your reps on a live call — no manual dialing, no dropped handoffs.

How a transfer works

1

The lead is qualified and ready

On a call (or after agreeing over SMS), the contact wants to speak with a representative.
2

Mav reaches a rep

The agent calls an available rep, briefly introduces the lead, and bridges the two together into one live call.
3

The agent steps back

Once the rep and lead are connected, the agent goes quiet and lets the conversation continue between them — while the call keeps recording.

When no rep is available

If no rep can take the call — outside transfer hours, or nobody answers — the agent handles it gracefully rather than leaving the lead hanging. It can offer to schedule a callback and follow up by text, so the lead stays warm.

Transfer hours

Live transfers are only attempted during the hours you configure, so reps are only called when they’re actually available. Set these under Settings → Transfer hours.
Rep availability must be enabled in addition to your schedule. If availability is turned off, transfers won’t be attempted regardless of the hours you’ve set.
