The availability schedule controls when Mav attempts a transfer. You must also make sure that agent availability is turned on in your dashboard — the schedule alone is not enough. If the availability toggle is off, no transfers will be attempted even during your scheduled hours.
Configuring Your Schedule
1
Open Party Line Settings
Log in to your Mav dashboard and navigate to Settings → Party Line.
2
Click on Availability
Inside the Party Line settings, select Availability. This opens a weekly schedule view showing all seven days of the week.
3
Select Your Available Days
On the left side of the schedule, toggle on the days when you or your team are available to take live transfers. Days that are toggled off will not trigger any Party Line transfer attempts.
4
Set Your Hours
For each enabled day, set the start time and end time for your availability window. If you’re available for the entire day, you can select All Day instead of specifying a time range.
5
Save Your Schedule
Once you’ve configured your days and hours, save your changes. Mav will immediately begin respecting your new schedule for all future Party Line transfer attempts.
Enabling Agent Availability
The availability schedule defines when transfers can happen, but agent availability determines whether they happen at all. Both settings must be active for Party Line to work. To enable agent availability:- Go to Settings → Party Line in your dashboard.
- Locate the Agent Availability toggle.
- Make sure it is switched on.
